1. Overview

Classly is a platform that allows individuals to create personalized fitness memberships across multiple studios. By using Classly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Classly. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting any forms.

3. Personalized Memberships

Classly allows you to build your own membership by selecting participating studios and choosing how many times you want to attend each one per billing cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Once your plan is confirmed and the billing cycle begins, it is locked in and non-refundable until the next cycle. You can pause or update your membership before the next billing period begins.

4. Booking and Attendance

You are responsible for booking your classes through the platform. Each studio may set its own cancellation policy, which you must review before confirming a booking.

If you cancel too late or do not attend a class you booked, you may lose a portion of that class value. Studios still receive a base fee for the reserved spot in those cases.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. By using Classly, you authorize us to charge your selected plan on a recurring basis.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of access to bookings.

6. Studio Relationships

When you book a class, your name and contact information will be shared with the studio you’re attending. Studios may contact you directly regarding attendance, policies, or future engagement.

Studios retain control over their own schedules, instructors, cancellation windows, and terms of service. Classly is not liable for changes, closures, or disputes related to individual studio operations.

7. Platform Access and Availability

We aim to provide consistent platform uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Classly may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system, or attempt to circumvent platform policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Classly is not responsible for injuries, schedule changes, or dissatisfaction that may result from attending any third-party studio. All fitness activities carry risk. You agree to participate at your own discretion and risk.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services on the platform in the 30 days prior to the issue arising.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services. When we do, we’ll update the effective date above and may notify users by email or within the platform.
