Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2025

1. What We Collect

We collect personal information directly from you when you use our site or platform.

If you join our waitlist or submit a partner form:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Studio name and website (if applicable)
  • Scheduling platform
  • Phone number
  • Date and time of submission

If you use Classly as a client (future platform features):

  • Name and email
  • Login credentials
  • Studio and class selections
  • Membership preferences
  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe or similar provider)
  • Class bookings, cancellations, and attendance history
  • Communications with Classly or partner studios

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Create and manage your personalized membership
  • Facilitate bookings at partner studios
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and updates
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Analyze usage to improve platform performance
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries
  • Communicate with you about your account or new features

We may also use aggregated, non-identifiable data for analytics and product development. We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers.

3. Sharing Your Information with Studios

When you book a class, we share your name, contact info, and booking history with the studio you're attending. This allows them to manage attendance, enforce policies, and follow up with you directly.

Studios only receive the data relevant to their location — not your full platform history.

4. Payments and Security

Payments are processed through third-party providers like Stripe. We never store your payment details on our servers. All data is encrypted and securely transmitted.

We use standard security protocols to protect your data, and limit access to authorized team members only.

5. Class Cancellations and No-Shows

Each studio sets its own cancellation policy, which is shown before you book. If you cancel late or miss a class, a portion of that class's value may be deducted from your membership balance.

Studios still receive a base fee for held spots, even in the case of no-shows, to fairly compensate them for reserved time.

6. Personalized Memberships and Lock-In Periods

Classly offers flexible plans where you choose how many times to visit each studio. Once your cycle starts, the membership is locked in and non-refundable for that period.

You can cancel or update your membership before your next cycle begins.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also opt out of marketing communications.

To make a request, email us at info@classly.ca.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or needed for legitimate business purposes. Some information may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons after account deletion.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as Classly evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top and may notify you by email or in-app.

10. Contact

If you have any questions about this policy or your data, reach out to us at info@classly.ca.
